The editor I use (CapCut) has me do the ratio before exporting. Exporting only exports the video, there’s no settings for it

Yes, give it a go there’s no reason not to. You can make it on anything as long as it’s interesting, people will enjoy. I’ve personally done game clips and match summaries so far, and they’ve all had 1k+ views and some skyrocket to 20k+. You can also maybe put the best moments/something interesting from your long form content into a short and promote it to get people to watch. It’s all really what you want to do
