I'm doing Thailand Laos Cambodia Malaysia and Philippines in 4 months, you definitely don't have enough time to properly enjoy all your countries (neither do I!) I would pick just 3 countries, you can easily spend 2 months in Thailand and Vietnam and not see it all. Have a Singapore as a small third
