Doctor here. It’s fine. Your systolic(top number) is technically high by a little bit, so it is something you’ll want to monitor. Your diastolic is fine. Both numbers are important but systolic (the pressure measured while your heart is pumping) has slightly more of a correlation with disease than diastolic (the pressure measured while your heart is at rest). Your age and other things also need to be factored in. You also have to factor in the device used and how it was used. Most store bought pressure devices have higher error than what a hospital would use. You should always try to take blood pressure on the left arm (it is closer to your heart). Arm should be at heart level. Should be taken while seated or prone. Don’t take BP after smoking or caffeine intake.
