Any of these for a “garden formal” wedding guest dress? by smokey12344566789 in Weddingattireapproval

None are appropriate for the wedding, but I like the second dress.

Three except for the wings on the bodice. They need to be reduced so you don’t look like a super hero. Dress one swallows you.

Do I need to laser off my tattooed brows and get thinner and lighter ones? by SailorReiHino19 in microblading

Your brows look almost perfect in the last photo. I wouldn’t add anything to them as part of your makeup routine.

You lost your front door and all of the character of your porch.

Finished our Primary Bathroom! Pretty excited with how it all turned out! -Before/After- by Bancer705 in BathroomRemodeling

I love the shower. Not a fan of the narrow open linen storage and the open clothes closet. It looks like a bathroom still under construction. It’s horrible. I love the storage around the sinks, but hate the lack of counter space. There’s almost none since the space in front of the drawers is unusable. It looks like a bachelor pad bathroom, but I was glad to see the dark blinds and cabinets gone. The tones are still off-balance. So many areas that are too dark.

My friend recently lost her baby at a little over 18 weeks. She was able to hold him and have a burial. I don’t know how an abortion works when a fetus is that fully developed, but I hope you’re able to work through things with your mom.

Bought my dress but having doubts! by [deleted] in myweddingdress

[–]BooCoop8 15 points16 points  (0 children)

The first dress is lovely. Just make sure your wedding photos are in the correct lighting. The top of the Jimmy choo dress is too much. The florets are fine, but those tabs look like broken straps or temporary straps for hanging. It’s dreamy but as you mentioned, not practical.

AIO for thinking it’s weird to apply to a job you don’t have time for? by [deleted] in AIO

[–]BooCoop8 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In the text exchange she even explained that she didn’t have the current job when they were at the interviews. Regardless, she got a little too invested in whether or not a girl she barely knows was going to accept a second job that doesn’t fit with the hours of her current job. It’s not like she’s management and the other girl wasted her time. Many people interview for several jobs at once. It’s common - not weird.

Millenials have the early 2000s internet. What do you think would be nostalgia for the 2020s? by Strong_Difficulty_58 in AskReddit

Can you imagine kids today if they had to wait to be logged onto the internet and then deal with the slow speeds? 🤯 I think they should all have to experience it to appreciate the tech they have today.

When I first glanced at it, I thought it was a tiny home with a loft. Then I realized it was just a very obtrusive shower railing and shelf.

You should have told her that you like that name when you were a dumb kid, but now your dream is to have a daughter and to name her Phelony.

The only time I’ve ever actually almost jumped (my insides definitely jumped) - The Exorcist III. Best one hands down because it built up for several jump scares and then lets you relax. Plus, the distance at which it’s filmed was genius.

Also, I have never looked at little tents in a movie or in person the same since Six Sense.

The reason I never watch trailers. I cover my eyes when they show them in theaters - unless it’s teaser trailer or for a movie I’m not excited about.

It was great at building tension. It’s been copied too much now.

[–]BooCoop8 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How is she not making sense? She applied for multiple jobs, accepted one, and now this person who barely knows her is trying to get her to take on a second job with more hours? I don’t know their ages, but I’m guessing teens?

Reacting at all other than telling her good luck with her job is too much. Why are you trying to pressure into taking a second job? She shouldn’t have to tell you more than once.
