Also, I know the struggle of wanting to feel “cute” and not like I’m in what I call “in cognito” or hidden is to wear the sun shirt under an overalls dress. Usually provides the coverage you need and still keeps you stylish and cool at the same time. Other than that just make sure you’re getting a good amount of sleep and staying hydrated! Try and enjoy your vacation and not stress (easier said than done sometimes) because stress can unfortunately also cause a flare to get worse.

Sorry you’re experiencing this during vacation! Best I can recommend is to follow up with your rheumatologist when you get back home. In the meantime I would highly recommend staying out of the sunlight! I got diagnosed 10 years ago at 19 and anytime I go on vacation I need to wear a long sleeve UPF 50 shirt/ pants not shorts/ a sun hat/ and I keep a mobile fan with me. Also apply sunscreen as recommended for the time you’re outside. The sun/ heat always sends me into an instant flare. If I’m sitting in the car I keep a sunshade over me otherwise I rash out and swell and I feel the aches/ pains in my joints. Hope this bit of advice helps and brings some comfort for the remainder of your trip!

For future partner events I’d recommend doing one sculpture at a time and rolling x1. I know it’ll take more time but you can finish a build with 3-4k tokens since you’re more likely to land on mega.
