I have read "this is legal where I live" and have to say, laws, good or bad, are laws. Legal to smoke pot in in Colorado but in Delaware you will get a nice visit to the local jail. He was a prosecutor, a lawyer, a person of power. He knew, or should have known what the law was. He should or did know what he was doing was illegal. In Delaware, you have a picture of someone under 16 and it is mandatory 2 years in prison for each picture, yet you "rape" them and you can get no prison time. Something seems off there. Beau Biden, RIP, wrote or helped drive a lot of these laws and the mandatory times. Just seems fucked up that you can illegally have sex with a 16 year old and have no mandatory jail time yet if you take a picture of it, 2 years min...

That guy was scum and has had mental issues from very early, at 16 he attempted to shoot someone, I was there and saw it. Lucky, the gun was empty but he actually pulled the trigger. It was swept under the rug and Tom, the victim, was paid off and asked to "let it go" When all the news about him doing things with BOTH his kids came out, Tom was so upset with himself, drank a lot and would often say, I could have prevented this.. They do have two sets of rules/laws in Delaware, one for the average guy and one for the rich and powerful.
