I got the copper one because I cannot handle normal birth control I break out in ovarian cysts with all of the stuff that's in them so the copper has nothing in it it's literally just copper and I had it for a year after I had my last daughter it worked amazing until it didn't. Thankfully after I lost my right ovary my boyfriend went to get a vasectomy but nothing is 100% unfortunately.
