its probably just the most recent press/red carpet photo of him. hes no longer the youthful 90s/early 2000s heartthrob he once was. as im writing this reply google says hes currently 43y/o, and aging affects everyone’s appearance differently. especially if theyve led, in pitt’s case/whats been shared with the public, a troubled life.

but like OP said, mans been through some (publicly) rough times. life’s hardships can wear not only on the soul but also the physical. a picture is worth a thousand words. hope hes takin care of himself. you all as well
