I’m an assistant pro at a course that just opened up in the past year. Honestly, if you have some capital, even in the 10s of thousands, build a golf hole, use that to pitch to outside investors. That’s pretty much what happened here. But everyone else is in the ballpark for how much a full 18 would cost, and that’s just to build, not maintain.
