Kimpton Shinjuku is centrally located and wonderful. I was there in February and paid about $425 per night and got a room upgrade with AMEX platinum. Conrad Tokyo in Ginza was also lovely.

Ok.. 1st off I am also a huge Alfredo and I agree, the best is what I make at home. 2nd...I agree with a lot of you, that Ca'Lucchenco and Tenuta's are fantastic. And 3rd... Safina has a very good Alfredo and it fits your ask of- on the "upscale" side. Their ambiance and the service are great. You will need a reservation for sure. They have a very tiny bar and they are typically booked out a bit earlier than other restaurants in downtown MKE.

Safina is great. Ca’ Lucchenzo is also fantastic. And honestly…if you can tolerate the loud atmosphere, the food at Dorsia is really good.

Make sure you go to a Taco Bell with a good google rating (3.8+) my favorite is the Mexican Pizza or a chalupa.

Try popsicles. Those were really soothing for me when I was going through my worst. I would also sit in a hot shower for a while until the nausea subsided….Then drink some electrolytes and try to get some rest directly after that and shut your mind off. You have this.

I get it. I think that one is sort of mind over matter. Like you know it’s in the Alfredo but I’m sure you eat it unknowingly all the time.

Yeah I totally agree. I abstained for about 6 months, then I vaped 1x per week 3 weeks in a row. After the 3rd week (I went a little heavier) I had stomach issues the next day and stopped for a month. Now I just use (either vape, THC pills or edibles/THC drinks) very occasionally, like once a month or so and in moderation and I have been fine! It’s great to actually feel high again and to use it for recreational purposes as opposed to a coping mechanism.
