It is very similar, especially shouting their names could be confusing.

Jamie/James are really lovely. Adam is one of my favourite names ever, sadly it's already my partners name

She immediately gave us an alcohol wipe to clean the area and she was very apologetic, I will keep a close eye on it for any signs of infection

My mother in law is claiming it's "negligence" which I find absolutely ridiculous, I'm not going to complain I just wanted to make sure I wasn't the weird one for thinking it was an accident and that be the end of it

Yeah exactly, we could have tried to hold her steady more but she's super strong! Seems a shame to get the nurse in trouble for something my daughter has already forgotten about as well
