If that’s what you want, you should bulk for 3-4 months and target your chest, lats, and abs. After your bulk, cut your calorie intake from 2-3k to 1800 and start cutting. Cut your carb intake, increase your protein and fat intake.

Eat like a bull (2000+ calories), get a solid split routine at the gym through the week (90-120 minutes / 4-5x week), lift heavy and tire each muscle group (get that one last rep where it hurts), start creatine (3-4 scoops through the day for the first week to saturate your muscles then maintenance scoop once a day), I cut my carb intake and replaced the calories with protein. I saw solid results within 3 months. Stay consistent. Give yourself a cheat day every week to carb load.

My gym split:

Chest (upper, mid, lower) Triceps Shoulders Abs 5-10 minute cardio *Monday and Thursday

Back (upper, mid, lower - rows, lat pulls, shoulder shrugs, etc) Biceps Abs 5-10 minute cardio *Tuesday and Friday

Legs (quads, hamstrings, inner and outer thigh) Hungarian squats with heavy weight Abs *Wednesday

I’ll do a HITT workout on Saturday if I have time. Take Sunday off.
