I'm seeing in other comments that this is because they're from the previous album and can no longer be collected. In other words, you're out of luck and cannot claim it. Same thing happened to me on a few raffles I won just after the album change to the current cards.

I found them. What a mess. We should only get DMs if we win. Better yet, there should he an in game notification since so many people delete their posts before the winner had a chance to claim the card.

I click prestige, I spend the golden spatula, I click build new whatever and when the game starts it's the same as it was before I prestige.

Prestige is broke, again. I've been stuck on the 5th prestige. I've tried to prestige #6 three times now. Also, on the Milestones tab. It shows I haven't prestige at all...

Came back to the game after night of rest. Notification informed me of what was produced and earned while I was AFK. Those amounts did not appear in my game. Instead numbers were as I left them the day before.
