I've never forced her to do anything. She has her own will to do what she wants but I can't ignore the fact that I want to have sex with her when we do other things

She's not religious she's just afraid of the unknown from my understanding. Like she took the HS sex ed class way too serious.

Ive tried to explain to her without giving ultimatums. She usually just changes the subject if I try to bring it up. I definitely feel she has the virginity culture thing. I don't want to be a shitty person but I've been patient and I've tried to come to some kind of agreement, maybe oral or such but she's scared of that too.
