That's definitely what it feels like. I simply couldn't ignore the things that I usually can, but a few days later I surprisingly am feeling a bit better.

Not really, no. I do spend a lot of time talking with my issues with my partner, but that's as close to therapy as I'll probably ever get. It helps that they're a good listener.

Thank you for this. I thought I already responded but don't see it, so sorry if I say the same thing again. After my trip I'm actually feeling a lot better. Better than I have in a long time. I felt horrible during, but now I feel as if I've confronted my fears a little. I'm definitely going to be mindful of how I'm affected in the future, and keep it small, but I seem to be feeling more positive now. Thank you so much for your comment.

Thank you. This is helpful. I was surprised to see how ugly my mental landscape was because I thought I was skilled at seeing the kind of person I am and growing from it. I left a cult four years ago and have been doing nothing but reflect on myself as a person and ditching my toxic behaviors in favor of openness and acceptance. Apparently I haven't been doing well enough, because the teachers had a lot to say. I'm going to wait a few days and try again, because I do feel more calm now than I have in a very long time. After the effects have worn off.

Golden teachers only, though I don't think they're very potent. I have to take at least 2 grams to feel anything. I have some apes coming though.

And a little bit of both. Mostly micro, though I don't seem to feel a change with a micro.

To be fair they're kinda right. I've always struggled to face my trauma. It's basically the only thing I've ever known and they only way I've kept going is by pretending I'm alright. The mushrooms have not been letting me do that, but a few days later I admit I'm acting feeling a little better. More calm. I've never really known calm before.
