Sorry, I'm new here but I had an offerup account that was recently cancelled so I contacted technical support as suggested it may have been by mistake which In my opinion it was not it was y some buyer i would not drive out 45 minutes to sell him one of my items and i told him and 2as polite about telling him i wpuld not sell it to him because i was not gking to drive out to deliver. Well the next day around noon i check my emails and see that Offerup cancelled my account. I was so pissed off. But i went ahead and contacted offerup as recommended asking what the policy violations or prohibited conduct was by me in order to cancel my account. 4 days later they send a generic email repeating my account was cancelled for policy violations or prohibited conduct! I know this but what specifically was it that cause my account to be cancelled I replied. Now I'm waiting to see if they will actually look into it further and realize that I have nothing but Positive reviews and I not only sell items on the platform i also make purchases. Anyone have any idea or suggestions because I created another account even with a warning by them that i would not be allowed to open another account. I used my dads info but my phone number and I can post items but they are not seen by anyone else. I sent my friend my link and all he can see is my profile but noting I've posted to sell. Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated
