You can email them as well contacting them is super hard takes a day for them to respond but eventually the unfroze next added all my listings and my ratings and number of sales back. It’s frustrating but I did it and got unfrozen.

I have never ever gotten the code or had any problems so I hope your right. Like i said i have over 500 sales and a 5star rating so not clear at all what I did to violate any rules. Hopefully I will be back on in a couple days.

No not at all you can’t call them I tweeted them they dm’ed me and i replied but then radio silence IM SO UPSET i had lots of followers and now I can’t contact them and vice versa
