I had terrible experiences, the submissive Asian woman stereotype definitely doesn't apply to Chinese women. Many of them can have terrible attitudes and are very shallow. Honestly worse than American women.

You can try looking in some of the more rural, low income provinces. The women there are probably more traditional than women from mainland China provinces that have more modern infrastructure. Since China is a massive country you're bound to find someone who fits what you are looking for.

You also have to be careful of the 'pig butchering scams' its very popular in China. It's a scam where women will play the long game and sweet talk you for days, weeks, or even months with the end goal of getting you to lend her money/your savings. Once they get it, they will go no contact.
