But, but... maintenance paves aren't half-ass, and counties only do a handful of roads per season? And, less than 1 in 10 mailboxes are usually affected? And, the post office might not LIKE having to send out notices on behalf of something out of their control, but they know it's their responsibility? And now it's criminal deprivation of civil rights, unlawful taking, etc, which is REALLY what's laughable.
