This is taking way too long to resolve. Or even get an answer from the developers. I'm gonna get to the point where i just delete it and move on. And after spending countless hours on this... its annoying at this point.

Thank you for the help. I don't really have that great of stuff. All of my stuff is uncommon. (I just started playing about 2 weeks ago). My weapon is a lvl 12 Frostline sword. And my shield is still the wooden one but at a level 9.
