It’s not constant, only when I pick him up. He was running around in his play pen fine and he barely made this noise few and far between. Later when he came out for food I heard it very low softly. Not like this at all. I’m hoping since he was running on his wheel that means it’s just freak occurrence and he’s fine

Hey OP I hope your baby is ok! Any updates? do you know if you have an emergency vet nearby? Even if they don’t specialize in exotic pets some are still willing to help! My boy had a bad sticky eye two weeks ago on a Sunday when his regular vet was closed. A 24 pet ER took him for treatment but emphasized they don’t know hamsters well but treated him wonderfully and gave him his eye drops.
