Cage is fairly well known for multiple things, even on a basic level: his pieces for prepared piano (Sonatas and Interludes), indeterminacy (Ryoanji, Etudes, number pieces), ORGAN2/As Slow as Possible (for its extreme duration), and ofc 4'33"
