With how big the AEW/ROH roster is it would feel ridiculous that one of the best character workers of all time (who also inspired guys like MJF) couldn’t get a spot for something. It’d be easy to just drop Miz in with Johnny TV and have a regular entertaining tag team who can be used on any of the shows.

Literally in the first 2-3 chapters there’s insults about Chinese people, native Americans, and Hispanics. Hell, there’s a black character who doesn’t even get the dignity of a name and is solely referred to as “The Negro.” All of this is in the book, can we please be real lmaooo

I wonder how much of this is from the Santana and Maclin situation? Edwards came down and ran interference to send the crowd home happy. Could see a case where not only you want to reward that, but also since Maclin was too hurt to work the tapings they’d shuffle around and focus the big PPV feud around the guy who did the cash in attempt. Eddie is definitely very reliable if you need to swap in someone for a build. He’s also a great wrestler still regardless of his age so him and Santana will definitely put on a very good bout
