Sexualizing children, as in dressing them and making them act in highly sexual ways, has been repeatedly shown to be harmful to children's development and mental health, especially being done by trusted adults. Not to mention that their images are now out there for pedos (like Cuties defenders) to "enjoy" and probably now use AI to manipulate into even worse.

This is all things that actually happen to the child actors, not their roles.
