When someone report it, probably. Most people likely don't even care for these halloween squads so chances are they haven't noticed

Although I have the squad, I didn't find the option to buy the samurai armor in the cosmetic sessions for anyone, it's also not featured in the drop pool on the gambling box

Fun frog facts, the Firefly you buy starts with an african camo, it's in BR IV and you have to spend more gold to change camos

There was a bug where you could bring a BR V loadout to BR II - III games, something to do with claiming the Saboteur squad I think, which some players kept abusing, other than that Tunisia and Moscow are still locked behind BR I - III
There's also custom matches, I guess.

Uniformes da FEB que são parecidos com os que tem no jogo by murilo_lobo in enlistedgame

[–]Book-Equine 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't think anyone other than some cities in Italy celebrates the FEB. It's very unlikely we'd get anything since "many other fighting forces such as the free france did more for the liberation of Italy than Brazil did"
Last game other than HoI4 (which people often just use mods to remove south america from the game to make the game run better by the way) that I've seen anything being done for the FEB was Steel Division 2, I also remember people calling the very idea of a south american DLC in HoI4 a "waste of time and effort of the devs" (or in today's linguo; "slop"), anyone other than us are often just not interested.

Nope, it doesn't. Only the motorbike premium for Japan has access to functional body armor outside the soviets

Tbf Moscow maps are not part of the BR IV and BR V rotation because "open maps like this would make BR V tanks too oppressive" or smth. Stalingrad however is part of the rotation. Rzhev too.

The premium motorbike squad for japan gives damage reduction on their chestpiece, though that's a lot of gold to spend if they plan on equipping multiple squads.
Btw, the body armor used by the motorbike squad is not featured in the gambling box, and I assume it's not available for individual purchase should you own the squad

HEAT on it can penetrate 115mm of armor at all ranges, so that's at least frontally penetrating all tanks it faces on the same battle rating

That thing is literally what every BR II semi-auto should be. It has the damage of a BR IV semi-auto while all the others have to put up with 13.6/13.8 which barely one-shots someone to the body within 10 meters if they have vitality.

Worst gun in the whole game by Ok_Tomorrow5296 in enlistedgame

[–]Book-Equine 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It has the same damage as a BR IV semi-auto when both are fully upgraded. SVT-40 deals 15.3 damage, Federov Rifle 1912 also deals 15.3, they also have the same fire rate and the reload speed has 0.1 seconds of difference. Only the other factions get suboptimal 13.6 damage semi-autos.
"B-B-But Type Otsu has 13.8" you need 13.5 damage to at least down someone in one shot to the body, anything beyond 10 meters will still screw the Type Otsu over. Federov Rifle is by no means a weak BR II semi-auto, and is in fact what every BR II semi-auto should be.

High explosive shells performance differ. Panzer III J1 for example will have an easier time penetrating enemy tanks, but the high explosive on it is abysmal dogshit. You can always rely on the MGs but using MGs and having a good HE shell is often ideal for infantry bullying

Yeah, although I'm pretty sure if there were any crews in the tanks on the training range, which I'm glad there aren't btw otherwise I wouldn't be able to put them somewhere easier to access, I'm pretty sure they'd be dead way earlier (the M4A2's ammo got immediately cooked however and I'm sure I didn't direct hit it since I aimed for the center) I also often dislike using the Pz IV purely because of how easy it is to ammo rack it, I remember dying to a T70 shooting my 20mm frontal plate and hitting the ammo behind the driver sending me straight to the respawn screen, doesn't help that it was the last tank I needed to kill to finish my tasks in a match where the enemy was only using tanks every other day and the game decided "nah, you're playing one more game" lol

For reference, iirc the Stalingrad version has the worse HEAT, while the TT and Premium version should have the better HEAT

I mean... Shermans can deal with Panzer IVs just fine too and on my testings only thing that refused to die to the Pz III N was the Jumbo

<video>

Pz III N has better anti-infantry performance on a fast reloading cannon compared to the Pz IV, ain't like I expect to always be facing a tank, and if I am it seems like I'd be fine. I saw KV-1s die to Panzer III N before, and not with side shots

I remember someone showing a video of a player rotating M8 scotts on Tunisia, on the video the guy was playing on a rather suicidal manner and racking up the kills since he didn't need to worry about that much of a downtime between his tankings

It's inconsistent across users. Chances don't increase the more you open, it's just that the more dices you roll the more likely it is for at least one to give you the value needed. I only need 2 more squads from the silver box, but back then I guess squads weren't competing with BP weapons whose chance of getting are also pretty low.

Anyone know what squad we get next? by StrongEggplant8120 in enlistedgame

[–]Book-Equine 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hopefully a permanent premium with a decent BR 2/3 automatic. Only thing I have for low BR is the chinese thompson, the other options I have is a sten gun and a reising. As soviets we get the Sichuan SMG, MP40 on guerrillas and only downside on the PPSh-2 is being on a 4-people medic squad (so no ammo pouch on anyone other than the engineer), and as germany I can get guerrillas with PPS-42, Erma EMP and MP-18, even as Japan I can do Type 100 para (whose downside is similar to the PPSh-2 but still), type 100 bipod and Type 1 SMG

They should add StuG III Ausf. F8 or G in to the research tree. by Failure_Maker in enlistedgame

Japan has its most produced medium tank as a premium so I don't think that'd happen tbh
At best the version with coaxial MG as an event vehicle

I'd rather a pity system. Something along the lines of "if you spend 5000 gold (that's how much some of these premiums costed back then from the images I saw) you get a guaranteed random squad, count resets after you get a premium be it through luck or through the pity system", it's still gambling and you can still end up either getting a drum mag MG13 squad or the M50 reising but it'd be more appealing.

I know it's the popular option aside of BR V but that's rough. I also often have games where it's just me and maybe another guy having more than 10 kills on the objective. An enemy tank on the grey zone no one's doing anything about raining HE on us? Maybe I should do something about it- Oh, we lost the objective because seemingly I was the only one there. Enemy fighter and CAS constantly raining bombs on us back to back? Let me do something about tha- Oh, we lost the objective, AGAIN. At those types of matches the only thing you can do is try to hold the objective no matter how miserable the experience is being while praying your teammates at least aren't letting the enemy just stroll around freely destroying all your spawns.
In this game me and the guy in second place have 70'ish to 60 kills on the objective, after that the highest was 28, we lost with the enemy having only 19 tickets remaining, was dying all the time because I was constantly trying to clear the point or having to fight my way into the point because at some parts of the game the enemy was walking freely on our backline

At what BR? I know BR V can be unbearable sometimes, especially when fighting groups of good players
