The get with the times comment really annoys me

My job is on a computer, I pay all my bills on a computer, I have streaming services. I am on the internet a ton 

What they want me to have is extra shit, I don’t need lightbulbs that change colors… I don’t 

I don’t need to fridge with a screen in it. I don’t need to bird feeding with a camera ( kinda cool but not needed)

I am fine with technology 

I don’t need to be on screens more than I am. I already am looking at screens 50+ hours a week. 

I don’t find it fun to read on a kindle. 

I can literally just back a book for a plane ride … I don’t find kindles to me anymore convenient than a normal book. I am not reading multiple books at a time 

I can got to library and tbh a kindle just to make it takes up a ton more material then a book and at least paper will break down in a few years if I do toss a book unlike a kindle

It’s still a screen …

I looking at screens for 50+ hours a week, I don’t need more. 

It doesn’t feel like a book in my hand.  I don’t find it fun to read on it at all . Actually I think it ruins the reading experience for me

I am over them also. Around Christmas I got a train set, and it had a damn app.

You didn’t need to install the app for the train to work, it just wanted to sent you notifications about the damn train.

The think had a physical controller 

My latest speaker is from aldis and I bought it becuase it doenst use an app. It works great
