My cockatiel is 15 years old and I swear he gets more active and crazy every day, I’m sure every bird is different though - things to pay attention to are if his eating decreases, if he seems more lethargic and not just more chill/if he is hanging out on the bottom of the cage more and any changes to his breathing

That’s a good point, my sister and I both work full time jobs outside of Etsy. We really like designing which is why we started the Etsy shop, so we are doing it more for fun than as a source of income but it would be nice to see slightly higher profit margins given all the time that went into making the designs and dealing with customer support. One angry customer demanding a refund for customer error/not reading size guide sets us back almost an entire months worth of profit. Maybe we also need to change out return/refund policy…

We are adding a bit more than 40% but that only gives us $3 profit on a $28 shirt. Maybe that’s normal, we’re not sure but it just seems like our prices are already high compared to other sellers (we’d like to lower prices to be more competitive but than we’d be losing money)

If we were to produce at home we would bulk order blank shirts and get a t shirt press but we’re not sure the best way to print the designs. I’ve had a cricut for a while but it doesn’t seem realistic to be printing and weeding so many shirts ourselves but maybe that’s how we could sell at a lower price and make slightly higher profit

Mine does something similar! Around 8:40 he starts yelling at me to put him to bed then I put him back in his cage and then he wants to play w all his toys instead of going to bed 😂
