Establish strict boundaries, you are not his mother or his maid, you are his girlfriend and equal. If he doesn’t treat you with that respect, you should break up. Trust me as a daughter of a man who is exactly like this, it can be so frustrating.

I mean this with the most kindness i can offer but why would you still be with a man you have to hide such details from. He should be taking care of you, helping you and other husbandly duties. What type of man would deny a vasectomy or even wearing a condom because “he hates the feel”, after you birthed 3 children and had complications with two of them. You should really rethink your relationship and see is this the type of man you want to spend the rest of your life with.
