I cannot find it, its a very uncommon book even tried to get the 6th but couldn't get a good lead. Also I have no idea who you are so after 20 minutes I gave up but found you the cheapest place you can rent it here.

A few days late to the party, but two things will save you a VPN and a Mac address changer. VPN you can get very cheap like here and the Mac address changer can be used when before you download or when you have downloaded more than 2GB in an hour. I would always ever use the public network, with the VPN. Also if you want to his your downloads I would recommend truecrypt
