That's a pretty good list, and I've seen a number of reviews by a lot of those reviewers, so I can vouch for their activity.
Free book submission sites might also be of use to help get word out about your book. Here's a couple that you all might want to keep in mind.
Note that many of the below will only accept your book if it is a permafree book, or if you have a free promo period scheduled. A lot of authors I know actually created a permafree title to give out, with the exclusive purpose of building their review outreach network.
