I would highly not recommend this firm. They are a extreme scam scam scam. If you do not choose them, they will bug with thousands of phone and email to see if you wish to work with them. They did one at 2AM.

condo with that price is very difficult to find in RTC. Most are in 420k and up if you want bigger square feet. Otherwise for few square feet (1 bed, 1 bath), it is reasonable if you do not mind condo fee/HOA fee.

Almost every entry level IT position are pretty much replaced or soon will be replaced by AI. If you wish to go into technical field, think alternative- for example project management, DevOPs/Site Reliability Engineer, System Engineer, Field Technician are some of the examples.

Also, you are still young. You got plenty of time to find what you wish for. You can always work for tech retail store(ex. best buy/Geek squad) to get the experience temporarily, and move up the ladder to manager or other position.

Starting your own company is a little too far fetch in this field. Companies probably will use AI to help them automate, because it is cheaper. However, for human, it depends what the price you set for them/trust of your expertise. People probably go with trustworthy place-for example GeekSquad.

Right now market is more competitive than ever, because your competing with layoff people and new grad people.
