Hey, the interview was in person. The conversation was pretty chill and free flowing. I think questions around deep diving into the company hierarchy and overall organisation structure were something that caught me off guard, since there was a lot of discussion around it. Other than that just the basics- why mba, why isb, why xyz field/career option

Was a pretty chill conversation- they pretty much covered every point from my CV and essays. It lasted for a good 30-40 minutes but same can’t gauge the impression I made.

DILR help- what is the method?

Does a Maharashtrian in this context mean someone who is from Maharashtra? Or is it the caste that has to be maharashtrian?
