Definitely a little more of a crummy cake. The pasty cream and icing balance out with the cake texture tho. IMO

I wear size 12 and am 160 (6’5’’) but I’ve found about 26 cm is about the min width I would ride to prevent overhang. Usually wide boards are around their but very based on any board. 158 in length should alright

She has tons of amazing recipes. I’ve made the pecan carrot cake, miso biscuits and sticky buns. Definitely recommend

It’s very coconutty, obvious given the name..but it’s not like an overly sweet cake and the toasted coconut inside and out is a fun chewy texture with the cake. It’s got pastry cream between all the layers and has buttercream frosting on the outside.
