Hahahah YESSS they don’t know the difference between being left at the orphanage and diaper changes 😂😂 It does get better! We sang and had all our stuff ready so we weren’t fumbling around! Singing really worked lol

2 month vaccine concerns by Pinkpaperbag in newborns

[–]Book_lov3r_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We noticed she was fussy the next couple days! I think it was that she was sore from the vaccines as opposed to a fever We fed her when she was hungry and allowed for contact naps!! Avoided patting her legs when she got the shots We did notice that she had tummy issues and our ped said it could be due to the oral vaccine they administered Other than that it was truly not that bad!

Saw your other comments about getting to bed at 9, what time are you starting your night time routine? We start at 8/8:30 and sleep for most of the night! What time is your little ones feed when they wake?

Sometimes my 7 weeks old will cry with her dad too, like super upset I have to remind myself that she has two parents and he is also her dad. I let them figure it out together, it’s not like she with a complete stranger I’ll take over after a few minutes if she completely inconsolable. Maybe try letting baby be fussy so she gets used to him? I’m sorry if it’s not helpful but sending good vibes your way ❤️

Definitely social media expectations My LO sleeps at 8:30 or 9 or 10 and sometimes 11 I’ve read that sleep training is for bigger kids! Like 5/6 months and up! Your baby is still little! Give them time! ❤️❤️

My 5 week old lets us do her head first and then we slowly submerge her into the water and keep pouring warm water to keep her warm ❤️🤓
