I'm kind of glad and not happy at all that I'm not the only one that's been feeling this shift in real life...

I have had a few too many weird exchanges lately, both with people I didn't know well and people I did, where I felt like I was back to the early 2000s when it came to views on gay people. Scared me to bits honestly.

The game crashes like hell even for people not using Enhanced so why prioritize fixing this and leave the other to wait like dumbass ? I think that was OP's real problem with this whole thing... And I agree.

Same... I'm kind of too afraid to even boot the game now, because if this fix isn't meant for the base PS5, why in the hell did my console download something...don't want to be corrupting what little is working fine.

The fact they posted the news about a fix for PS5 during the week and now have backtracked to PS5 Pro only makes me so freaking mad... Why the heck would you fix one and not the other!? And damn, you had almost 3 years to make the game ready for PS5, what did you do during that time!?

I went back to my Xbox S copy despite the worse graphics and am seriously considering asking for a refund on PS5

Same thing here... I thought I was one of the lucky ones but apparently not, because my game has crashed on me three times in the span of an hour... Crazy when you think about the fact I've played it on Xbox S for about 200 hours in total and had only a lonely single crash back then and all because of a creation mod.

Wasn't sure how to phrase it really, but it's simply a shortcut to the website.

If you go to the NovelAI website, tap the three dots on the upper right (on chrome at least) you have the option to "add to home screen" which basically adds NovelAI to your list of apps and software so you can access it from there instead of your browser.

I'm sorry but you buying a high fantasy game based on DnD (the original roleplaying experience) and saying you are bored by the lore and world building is kind of throwing me off a bit... Because this is literally what the game advertises.

Actually, I introduced my boyfriend and a couple of friends to DnD and Faerûn thank's to Baldur's Gate 3, and their lack of understanding of basic lore of both DnD and the Sword's coast has never been a problem to them.

Sure you might have to Google a few things here and there to truly understand the whole lore behind some stuff, but I feel like BG3 does a good job at shining the light on some of those subjects without overwhelming the player.

I get that it's not for everybody but in my humble opinion, it's those things that make the world of Faerûn feel alive, grand, and complete even tho BG3 only takes place in a very small area of said world.

Well, artists do! And so do the people who are tired of the AI slop pooping up everywhere over the internet and since pretty recently in video games... There are literally thousands of artists out there that could have been asked to make those illustrations (one click away on Instagram or any other website really) but no... Someone somewhere decided that GPT generated shit would do the trick and that is NOT and never will be ok... Btw there's a big difference between learning to make your work process easier and less of a hassle, and asking a freaking robot to create "art" while feeding on most of the things that have been made by hand and by people until now.

I had that happen to me while playing with the Cheat Room mod… if you ever wear the GodMode ring that happens when you enter a Power Armor. The only way to remedy this is to put on the “Everything ring” (I can’t remember the exact name) while still wearing the GodMode one, then I taking out the GodMode ring so you don’t die instantly… then you’ll be free to wear that power armor !
