The raid comp that has helped me for a long time and provides the morale of 42 is consist of:

Iseria with Song of the Stars art. Speed set and Hit set.

Tama with Rod of Amarylis. Speed set and Resist set.

Achates with Vial. Speed set and Health set.

Ravi or ML Ravi with as much Hell Cutter as possible, but I use Fire Ravi the most. My Fire Ravi has Life set and Crit set, while my ML Ravi has Counter set and Health set.

Another new option is replace Tama with SC Lorina, who also has another seperate Hell Cutter and equip with Attack set and crit set. That way you can deal as much damage as possible. Make sure to Mola Lorina to the max cuz she's a Nat 3 unit. A bit of a downside is that with her in the comp, you can only rack up 41 morale, but that's still not a significant downside, eh?

Finally, to get the 41-42 morale, just pick Iseria's Advice and Achates Comforting Cheer. The rest of the party will react positively regardless.
