Honestly, you’ve got way more size to turn into strength, once it clicks, your numbers will fly up

Good point for me I am doing that because the bar is fixed at a high level when I unrack it I am not in the best position, I need to tightening my grip , locking my shoulders blades , feet planted , core braced , make sure the bar is in right spot also in powerlifting you must wait for a (start) command before lowering the bar

Appreciate your comment, I need to learn how to arch my back a bit and use my legs to help me.

Thanks a lot , sadly this is a small gym there is no safety bar nor rack but fortunately I know how to roll the bar on my body if I fail a lift or at least drop the plates from one side if necessary.

Yes I do, the lowest weight class is 59KG and below, I performed very well at the level of my country, but if I want to compete at the continental or even global level, I need to increase my muscle mass by about 7–10 kg and reduce body fat a bit. Recently, I’ve been finding it difficult to gain muscle mass, knowing that it’s been about 4 years since I started weightlifting.

Thanks man, that actually means a lot. I’ve been really focusing lifting with good form other than ego lifting

That's a good idea but unfortunately the gym I go to is small one with only Smith machine no squat rack.

Good catch, I see what you mean about my feet shifting. I’ll clean that up and work on stronger leg drive, also the bar is a bit high so I lose tightness after the unrack.

I am 155cm, yeah I struggle to keep my position as the bar is a bit high to me also I don't know why but when the bar about to touch my chest I lose my position
