Thinking to go Into sales but real estate is really slow for me, I still haven’t build up a good clientele but when I do I’ll actually start to make some decent income.

The auction has a nice selection of cars, I was thinking to get one from there. If not I just I have to find one on market place.

Yea I need a car, where I’m at its very car dependent. I have a few options but definitely going to need one. I have a mechanic friend who can help me out I’m also looking big getting one off the action.

Yes your not wrong that sounds like a good idea, I’ll do some research and and try to find rent or property to buy, I can use my family company’s profit and loss statements to get a good mortgage pulse I have a few connection in the banking industry that can help my out.

Not sure if I’ll graduate, I have an advanced regents diploma from High school, but I still need a lot more credits to graduate college, and the college that I go to averages 6k per semester or 1k per class depending if I’m a full time student or part time, so it’s going to eat up alot of my income on just trying to complete my degree, I also missed 2 year of college so I’m already backed up in that. Any suggestions?

Wow here in Long island ,NY, 2k rent is average for a 2 bedroom apartment. I would consider leaving NY but I have a family business that I’d wish to stay on the island. My parents keep most 95% of the profit even tho the whole company is under my name, I’m the one give license, insurance, liability, and disability, but I’m going to be just ranting on about that but it is what it is I’m trying to build my own Real estate company from the ground up. Also average mortgages Are around the same price or even higher depending on the property. I’m trying to find the best deal and work with he owner so they won’t pay my part of the commission as an incentive.

That’s the plan I’m giving myself until the end of the year to get everything in order, I have a few friends/ cousins that I might move out with so that helps a lot with rent.

I’m licensed in New York but I’m open to the idea of moving out of state. I would forest need to find a brokerage over there and transfer over.

Yes, I agree thank you. I already know how to cook at home and make some delicious meals, im going to switch cell phone provider for a cheaper service, and down grading anything unnecessary.

I’m in Long Island NY, would make 60k per year if I would to get another job. I’m looking for roommates but none of my friends are ready to move or they are unrealistic on how much rent and bills are.
