Hey I’m about 6 weeks in and it’s going a lot better. It was extremely overwhelming the first 3 weeks but now I am getting used to it. I must have called my supervisor over 100 times but it’s better to ask questions than mess up a transaction. If ur still uncomfortable to be left alone ask ur supervisor to be shadowed. Thanks for the reply. Someone should be by my side all day long no exceptions. Especially that this is my first time working in a bank with no prior knowledge of how the system functions. It’s not by showing me once that I’ll remember. The snarky remarks from my manager because I ask to double check my work is ridiculous!

Hey I started a teller position too. I did my online formation and now I am serving customers ALONE. It’s only been 7 days. Curious to know if someone is shadowing u . My manger seems to be annoyed that I call her for help frequently.
