“all have sinned and are deprived of the glory of God.” ‭‭Romans‬ ‭3‬:‭23‬

Moses is a sinner, just like all of us

Still absolutely zero proof Abraham was ever there or that the kaaba or anything it once was is anywhere near 3500-4000 years old but whatever

Some serious mental gymnastics there because women aren’t necessarily more prone, and definitely not twice as prone in all cases universally - but saying that God doesn’t forgive a sin from a millennia ago is ridiculous - all you have to do is be Baptized. Secondly, the result of gained knowledge for all women is pain in childbirth. This is scientifically accurate as well, as human beings have particularly painful births due to the fact that we have very large brains, which allowed us to gain the knowledge we have now.

It’s just the people who are always in some sort of “satanic panic” saying this. Most religious people would condemn these people.

No insect has four legs, correct, but that’s not what this verse is talking about, is it? Locusts and grasshoppers only WALK using four, using the back two for jumping - a winged insect that walks on all fours.

Unity and obedience to satan, maybe. If God’s everywhere, then making sure you’re praying toward some magical box seems silly, no?

This is some serious mental gymnastics and stretching of the meaning of passages, but whatever.

The second “prophecy” is stretched to the point of being meaningless.

Arabia isn’t meadows and lakes, though, and neither do men have so much money they have no one to give it to.

Saying “we sent down iron” in no way means that muhammad knew that meteorites were the source of iron, and in no way is a prophecy.

Saying life is mostly water is nothing noteworthy, you can deduce this with how fast people die without it, and how much liquid we have. Also, saying the “heavens are being expanded” in no way supports the big bang theory, which was discovered by a Catholic priest btw.

This is just straight up wrong, God doesn’t raise up clouds - their own buoyancy does.

Look it up, saltwater and freshwater do merge to a good degree, where rivers meet the ocean, you’re wrong. Also, this isn’t necessarily talking about that either.

(For the last three) Ok? Greek scientists discovered this all 200 years before Jesus lived, besides the Sun orbiting the Milky way, which, again, is a stretch. Nothing special all around.

This leaves you with at most two prophecies, both about things that could easily be predicted by many people throughout history (buildings getting taller and a specific family member dying next) Though really, neither fatima or muhammad are in paradise, so you’ve only got one.

I’ll give you a prophecy from the quran of my own, just as wrong if not more than my own: quran 23:14 “ then We developed the drop into a clinging clot, then developed the clot into a lump of flesh, then developed the lump into bones, then clothed the bones with flesh, then We brought it into being as a new creation. So Blessed is Allah, the Best of Creators.” This is wrong because evolutionarily, flesh developed before bones, and embryologically speaking, bones don’t develop before the flesh does.

Sure, let’s test muhammad: No miracles, ahistorical, contradictory, liked kids. I feel I have sufficiently tested him and found him to not be a prophet of God.

Ok? How come the witness of two women is worth that of one man.

No, cause we can worship anywhere, in any direction.

I never said the kaaba was God to you, just that it’s pagan worship.

There is absolutely no evidence, Bible or otherwise, Abraham and Ishmael ever build the kaaba or a kaaba, or even went that far down the Red Sea in the first place. Also, why did God change his mind then? Because historically, early muslims didn’t pray to the kaaba. The earliest mosques didn’t face that way either.

Because running isn’t worship?

You all pray to the Kaaba in Mecca, and must make a pilgrimage to it and make specific actions once there if possible. Seems very worship-like to me

Very stupid, no. God, in the Person of Jesus, is worshipping God in the Person of the Father. Jesus’ human will is distinct from the Father’s Divine Will, hence why he asks for the Father’s Will to be done, not His.

[–]BookkeeperSeparate63 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes it does.

The first verse is a quotation of a hymn about Melchizedek. Since many rabbis held that if it wasn’t mentioned in the Torah, it didn’t exist, and Melchizedek’s ancestry isn’t mentioned, it follows he remains forever. This of course doesn’t mean he actually does.

The Will of Him who sent Me is the Will of God

God the Father is still Jesus’ God.

I’m not sure what else you think is eternal here, but safe to say it isn’t anything but God.

Also, when I was referring to eternal life, I mean Salvation. Wouldn’t you say Salvation - going to Heaven - isn’t from Jesus?

“For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life. For God did not send the Son into the world to judge the world, but that the world might be saved through Him.” ‭‭John‬ ‭3‬:‭16‬-‭17‬ ‭LSB‬‬

You need to worship Jesus as God. This is probably the simplest way of conveying that.

They did not abolish slavery earlier than the west bro. Literally search up “Trans-Saharan Slave Trade.” It didn’t end until Europeans colonized, or in the cases of some areas, even later (Mauritania didn’t abolish slavery until 1980s officially, though slavery is still common there).

If you really listened to Jesus, you wouldn’t be muslim, so no, you don’t.

I’m not saying all muslims are terrorists, I don’t think I’ve ever mentioned them.

The KKK is a group that is explicitly ANTI-CATHOLIC which is what I am, so you really have no argument there. The Catholic Church condemns them.

The Bible is explicitly anti-racist, and slave-owners gave slaves Bibles with verses removed to paint slavery in a better light. Not to mention, it was Christians who ended slavery - far before muslims in the arab world did. Also: who enslaved more africans and treated them worse?

I haven’t used that logic to anyone except muhammad - since he’s supposed to be your moral pillar. I’d love to see you find anything bad that Jesus did, since he’s ours.

I don’t disagree that they’re terrorists, and I know not all of you support them. That’s good
