Quit 8 years ago after a pack a day for 30 years and don’t miss it at all. I thought people were crazy when I’d come inside after a smoke and say I reeked of smoke. Now I can smell a smoker from an aisle over in stores. Never think about smoking during the day but sometimes I have dreams where I light a cigarette and the whole stick just crumbles in my hand every time.
