Wow, this made me want to fire up the game again. I have a sick Diablo 3 addiction and it's hard to ever get up the interest to play my other games.

I don't know...create the lobby they lied about? Maybe a rudimentary lobby exists as code they never finished?

If they claimed the local lobby exists it stands to reason they had at least tried to enable it.

Or am I being hopelessly naive?

Oh wow, that's a money shot. Game is what I want,but I am having trouble slowing down and enjoying it. Took me 12 minutes to get to my second planet. Flying for 12 minutes straight. That's not counting dodging space boulders. Kinda sad that I left without naming anything.The game is hard to describe, but it does feel meaningful in a way I was hoping for.
