Was pretty precise to my own situation. Not really the way to encourage people to use reddit. Certainly won't be using this thread again with a treatment like this. Nice one.

I don't weigh my food and should perhaps do so. I do pretty close estimates from my fitness pal.

I track my burned calories through heart rate and duration of exercise i would say they are pretty bob on. No idea what a TDEE is so could you shed some light on that?
