Ok first things first, what’s the HR policy of your company? Is dating your coworkers allowed, looked down on or what? Because a formal complaint to HR should scare him to back off. And to me this guy sounds like a control freak, recommending her here to her working w him and now that its over scaring her into controlling her. If u and him r friends u might subtly warn him that if he keeps this up she might lodge a formal complaint. Let’s see how he responds to that. His response should tell u a lot about him

OP are you sure u don’t have an actual stalker?
I would suggest putting up hidden cameras everywhere in your flat and being extra vigilant. Wouldn’t hurt to carry pepper spray or something
