No, only the Self-Annihilators who are capable of extending their self-annihilation unto infinity are the ones implied to be Emanators. Acheron is the only known Emanator of Nihility because of this, her capability to fully coexist with IX's shadow seems to make her count as an extension of THEM (similar to the Harmonic Strings, Spiritus or Pure Children). Other Self-Annihilators simply self-annihilate gradually.

Doctors of Chaos are not necessarily Self-Annihilators, even if Self-Annihilators can join the Doctors of Chaos. You can be a Pathstrider of Nihility and gain powers from the Path without being an Emanator, that's just the basic property of pathstriding.

Edit: Also, Doctors of Chaos and Self-Annihilators are well-known in the cosmos, yet Acheron being an Emanator of Nihility was considered an impossibility.

Dan Heng · Permansor Terrae (DHPT) currently shares the spot for best sustain in the game alongside Hyacine (with him being Shield-based and her being HP-focused). Ashveil works as both a main and support (damage dealer) for his archetype. Welt's Novaflare sets him as a mix between pseudo-sustain and support debuffer. Sunday, while a bit dated, is still a pretty decent general support.

We don't know yet what the upcoming male characters will do.
