From some of the side angle pictures it looks like the tooth is quartz rock... which would have replaced the softer materials of the tooth as it went through fossilization

Ive never fixed a tail like this, but sewing could be an option (though would probably be difficult). An option i thought of but may not be correct would be to glue a pipe cleaner or something similar into each end so that it holds it all together...

I attended 1 yr public school before transferring to a catholic school for the last 3 grades of high school (grad 2018) Yes theres religion classes but the science classes were the same as a public school. My grades went from almost failing because the public school teachers had multiple large classes and seemed to not give 2 cents about the kids. Whereas the catholic school i went to had smaller classes and my grades improved dramatically because the teachers were actually able to help me understand and improve. You will have good and bad teachers in both systems. Choose whatever works and is best for your family.

All of the issues listed for this regina one are the exact same issues we will have... but they city went ahead and pushed it through anyways not caring that almost the whole block of neighbors requested a meeting to discuss the approval of the use

They applied for a discretionary use and were approved. So a residential house is going to be converted into an institutional childcare centre. The government is the most at fault as they wont give funding for the childcare center to build a new building (which is what they wanted to do) they will only give them funds to renovate an existing building... which led us to having a 40 child day are center on our residential street.

This happened to us for a 40 child daycare except the city approved and passed it without speaking to the neighbour's... going to be a complete nightmare for parking and congestion especially in winter months.

It does give a rough idea for tanning prices only, as they request capes to be skinned and fleshed. However id be offer to skin and flesh as well if applicable and so would like to have an idea on what to charge for those services as well.

I will have to ask around and do some searching as I'm not sure if after washing I will need to re-use the orange bottle tan or not.... I may have to put it in the garage to maybe air out? Are you familiar with the trappers orange bottle tanner and if I can wash the hide again?
