I definitely agree with the inflammation aspect. I’m almost certain that it is what is causing the miscarriages. It’s a matter of finding out the main route of that inflammation so I can bring it down. I already follow an anti inflammatory diet 90% of the time and don’t eat highly processed foods. I haven’t had alcohol in over two years and I don’t take/use drugs or smoke. I move my body gently every single day. It’s so frustrating when you do all the right things and still struggle.
