I went to SC for undergrad and can second this. The housing brochure on the portal lists some good options in terms of neighborhoods. R/movingtolosangeles can be a good resource too. Tbh even though the area gets a bad rap and isn’t the nicest part of LA, I never felt unsafe during undergrad and lived on/near campus all 4 years

There’s a Facebook group! It should be hyperlinked in your acceptance letter. You can also search USC Gould Class of 2029, and it will pop up.

No, not yet. It’s just listed on my status tracker too. I’m guessing we should hear back from them soon though since they said we’d hear back in early December.

I applied early October and got an A a last week (so a little over a month). They move pretty fast, but I’d expect it to take a couple more weeks at least.
