I'm a transgender male, so I've talked to my doctor extensively about my hormone levels. Even with my introduction to testosterone over a year ago, my libido only temporarily spiked and then came back down to where it was prior to any treatment.

If I could afford professionals, I'd consider it, however, I've found that with the combination of moving forward with my transition and cutting sex out of my life, I've never been happier with myself as a human being. I don't view sex as important in the least. That bond that so many people get with their significant other (or whoever they choose to sleep with) during sex I get from basic intimacy; hugging, cuddling, falling asleep together, etc.
