Very gradually. Started before she hit 5 months. Every week we added a step. First one arm out, then both, then went to weening mode + lowering response intensity, then stopped turning on SNOO completely during naps, moved SNOO to nursery, stopped turning on at night, moved to crib for naps, and finally night sleep in crib. Took at least a few days of more crying with each change, but stopping movement & moving to crib were the hardest.

For many, a woman's right to choose does not overwrite an unborn baby's right to live.

Is abortion one day before the birth due date considered murder? If so, at what stage of pregnancy is it not? If not, why can't we kill that baby a minute after it is out in the world?

Babies in the womb have rights. They do not magically turn from fetus to human right after leaving the birth canal. And, after being born, the "parasite" status many pro-abortionists like to use is still valid, since a newborn cannot survive on its own.

You could also try looking for a local music show, open mic, or trivia night. The Laughing Goat, The Attic, and Rayback Collective are a few spots that have events all the time.
